Job summary

Cross Plains Community Partner, Inc. (CPCP) in Northwest Georgia seeks an Executive Director to provide strategic and operational leadership, guiding staff and programs while maintaining fiscal health and strong community partnerships.

The ED will lead fundraising, ensure accreditation readiness, oversee Medicaid and state contracts, and promote person-centered practices across the organization, reporting to the board and collaborating with partners to expand impact.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business in Human Services, Public Service or related field is preferred.
• Seven to ten years of senior management experience.
• Track record of effectively leading and scaling an outcome-based organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership to CPCP and its programs.
• Oversee fiscal management, budgeting and compliance with Medicaid, state contracts and funders.
• Lead fundraising activities and stakeholder engagement to support program growth.
