Mosaic in Axtell, Nebraska is seeking a Community Relations Manager to lead our community engagement, build partnerships, and tell stories that amplify our mission.

You will travel locally, work flexible hours for events, and collaborate on donor development and grant proposals, with a focus on faith groups and volunteers.

This exempt full-time role requires strong communication, organization, and a passion for serving others.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in PR, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 2 years in a PR, fundraising or community relations role (grant writing and volunteer management preferred).
• Strong relationship-building, public speaking, social media management, event coordination, and project management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Outreach & Awareness: Develop community awareness plans, build partnerships, and showcase Mosaic's work.
• Volunteer & Church Relations: Recruit and direct volunteer teams while fostering connections across the local faith community.
• Donor & Grant Development: Cultivate donor relationships, assist with local fundraising, and collaborate on grant proposals.
