Job summary

Mosaic in Beatrice, Nebraska seeks a Community Relations Manager to be the face and voice of the organization in the local community. You will build partnerships, share inspiring stories, engage faith groups, and cultivate relationships that propel Mosaic's mission forward.

Ideal candidates bring a Bachelor’s degree in PR/Marketing or related field, at least two years in PR or community relations, and a knack for storytelling, public speaking, and event coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in PR, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 2 years in PR, fundraising or community relations (grant writing and volunteer management experience preferred).
• Exceptional relationship-building, public speaking, social media management, event coordination, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Outreach & Awareness: Develop community awareness plans, build partnerships, and showcase Mosaic's work.
• Volunteer & Church Relations: Recruit and direct volunteer teams while fostering connections across the local faith community.

How You'll Make a Difference
