Job summary

Mosaic in Beatrice, Nebraska seeks a Community Impact & Donor Relations Manager to lead local outreach, build partnerships, and advance fundraising efforts that empower people. You will serve as the face and voice of Mosaic in the community, developing engagement strategies across faith groups, volunteers, and donors while aligning with our mission and values.

You will cultivate relationships, manage multiple projects, and travel as needed for community events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in PR, Marketing, Communications or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 2 years in PR, fundraising or community relations roles; grant writing and volunteer management experience preferred.
• Exceptional relationship-building, public speaking, social media management, event coordination, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Outreach & Awareness: Develop community awareness plans, build partnerships and showcase Mosaic's work.
• Volunteer & Church Relations: Recruit and direct volunteer teams while fostering connections across the local faith community.
• Donor & Grant Development: Cultivate donor relationships, assist with local fundraising, and collaborate on grant proposals.
• Master Relationship Builder: Exceptional communication, public speaking, and presentation skills.
• Organizational Dynamo: Manage multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, work independently and collaboratively.
• Adaptable & Mobile: Travel locally and work flexible hours for Mosaic at community events.
• Public Relations Savvy: Knowledge of modern communication principles, social media relations, and promotional strategies.
