Job summary

Mosaic in Beatrice, NE seeks a Community Relations Manager to serve as the face and voice of the organization locally, building partnerships and sharing stories to advance its mission.

You will engage faith groups, cultivate relationships, and coordinate outreach to support community impact and fundraising goals while coordinating events with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in PR, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar PR, fundraising or community relations role (grant writing & volunteer mgmt preferred).
• Key Skills: Relationship-building, public speaking, social media mgmt, event coordination, project mgmt.

How You'll Make a Difference

As our Community Relations Manager, you will be the face and voice of Mosaic in the local community. You will build key partnerships, share inspiring stories, engage faith groups, and cultivate relationships that propel our mission forward.

Key Responsibilities

• Public Relations Savvy:Knowledge of modern communication principles, social media management, and promotional strategies.
