Job summary

Lutheran Social Services of WI and Upper MI is seeking a Human Services Professional - Specialized to deliver skill-building, psychoeducation, and supportive services in clients' homes, schools, and communities.

Under supervision of a Licensed Therapist or Therapist-in-Training, you will help clients build independence, develop coping skills, and pursue personal goals through evidence-based practices and collaborative teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a human services or related field.
• Experience working with individuals experiencing mental health challenges is preferred.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel throughout the community required.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and family psychoeducation and skill development services.
• Support clients with daily living, parenting, social, employment, and community engagement skills.
• Collaborate with clients, families, treatment teams, and community partners.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to support positive outcomes.
• Complete timely documentation and maintain accurate client records.
• Participate in recovery teams, supervision, and ongoing professional development.
• Respond to client needs through flexible scheduling, including some evenings and weekends.
