Job summary

Lutheran Social Services of WI and Upper MI is hiring a Human Services Professional - Specialized to provide skill-building, psychoeducation, and supportive services to individuals and families in homes, schools, and communities.

This full-time role supports clients under supervision of a Licensed Therapist or Therapist-In-Training, with some evenings/weekends required and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a human services or related field required.
• Experience with individuals experiencing mental health challenges preferred.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel throughout the community.

Responsibilities

Lutheran Social Services (LSS) is seeking a compassionate and motivated Human Services Professional - Specialized to provide skill-building, psychoeducation, and supportive services to individuals and families in their homes, schools, and communities. Working under the supervision of a Licensed Therapist or Therapist-In-Training, you will help clients build independence, develop healthy coping skills, and achieve their goals.

What You'll Do

• Provide individual and family psychoeducation and skill development services
