Integrated Real Estate Group is seeking a full-time Housekeeper in Conroe, TX. The role cleans and sanitizes public spaces, common areas, and resident apartments, ensuring a safe, welcoming environment for residents, staff, and visitors.

The job involves floor and carpet care, surface and bathroom cleaning, resident interaction, and adherence to safety protocols. Prior housekeeping experience is preferred and a high school diploma or GED is required.

Qualifications

• Education requirement: high school diploma or GED.
• Prior cleaning or housekeeping experience preferred.
• Basic technical skills to perform repetitive, well-defined tasks and adhere to safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Floor maintenance: Sweep, dust, damp mop, wet mop, strip, wax, and buff floors; set up/remove caution signs.
• Carpet cleaning: Vacuum, shampoo, deodorize, disinfect carpets.
• Surface cleaning: Clean and disinfect surfaces, remove dirt, dust, grease and residue; handle hazardous cleaning supplies.
• Bathroom cleaning: Clean and sanitize public restrooms; polish fixtures; remove watermarks.
• Resident apartment cleaning: Clean apartments, floors, fixtures; vacuum, dust, change linens.
• Resident interaction: Provide friendly service and report health/safety concerns.
• Documentation: Record and log cleaning activities.
• Emergency response: Assist with disaster response and follow protocols.
• Training & development: Participate in in-service training and on-the-job education.
