Job summary

• ABC 101 certification and annual meetings required.
• TB test within 14 days of employment and annually thereafter.
• Maintain current certification during employment or obtain within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and maintains a specific facility area as assigned by the Director of Plant Operations.
• Learns cleaning and maintenance of other areas of the facility.
• Demonstrates knowledge of cleaning chemicals and proper use of each chemical; ensures chemicals are properly labeled.
• Disposes of trash, waste, and other disposable materials daily.
• Wets mops floors in residents' rooms and common areas daily; cleans lights, vents, walls, and windows.
