Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Housekeeping experience preferred.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Able to stand, walk, kneel, bend, lift 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Clean common living areas and resident apartments.
• Oversee cleaning of the facility, with emphasis on common areas and apartment bathrooms.
• Operate laundry equipment when needed.
• Report deterioration or damage to housekeeping supervisor.
• Maintain resident privacy/confidentiality.
• Attend required in-services and staff meetings.
• Follow policies and store supplies properly.
