Job summary

Metro West Housing Solutions seeks a dedicated Housekeeper to perform general custodial duties across our properties, including cleaning, basic maintenance, stocking supplies, and reporting issues to supervision.

You will work Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with occasional evenings or weekends; a high school diploma and reliable transportation are preferred, along with the ability to work well with residents.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 1 year of general work experience; custodial preferred.
• Valid driver's license preferred; may be required to transport to offsite locations.

Responsibilities

• Perform general custodial duties across the property and maintain cleanliness.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment; report needs to supervisor.
• Ensure safe work environment and comply with policies; assist other maintenance tasks as needed.
• Provide courteous, resident-focused service and attend required trainings.
