Qualifications

• Knowledge of the DSM and common behavioral health symptoms.
• Strong advocacy, case management, writing, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and off-site program support.
• Complete documentation: shift logs, incident reports, and service notes.
• Medication monitoring and education to support self-dosing.
• Teach activities of daily living (ADLs) in individual and group settings.
• Assist transportation and coordinate with treatment team as needed.
