Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 3 years supervisory experience.
• Experience cultivating relationships with civic leaders, business community, faith-based representatives, and stakeholders.
• Experience with community-driven, grassroots initiatives requiring collaboration and partnership.
• Experience facilitating community meetings or resident/parent groups.
• Experience managing capacity building or leadership development training.
• Familiarity with Wilmington or similar communities.
• Experience with First 5 LA community-based projects.
• Experience in contract compliance and reporting.
• Ability to translate concepts into actionable strategies.
• Willingness to drive as needed and comply with driving laws.

Responsibilities

• Implement the Wilmington LSN program objectives and activities.
• Ensure deliverables are achieved and reported.
• Lead capacity building and leadership development efforts.
• Facilitate meetings and liaise with multiple stakeholder groups.
• Respond to Best Start Wilmington Partnership and related networks.
