Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; supervision and leadership experience preferred.
• 3 years supervisory experience in community-facing work.
• Experience cultivating relationships with civic leaders and community stakeholders.
• Extensive experience with community-driven, grassroots initiatives requiring collaboration.
• Experience facilitating community meetings and resident councils.
• Experience managing leadership development training.
• Familiarity with Wilmington or similar communities and First 5 LA projects.
• Experience in contract compliance and reporting.
• Strategic thinking and analytical skills to translate ideas into actions.
• Driving may be necessary; valid driver's license and insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee implementation of the Wilmington LSN program and achieve Scope of Work objectives.
• Build capacity and lead development efforts within the Best Start Wilmington partnership.
• Facilitate meetings, liaise with Partnership groups and stakeholders.
• Ensure alignment with contract requirements and program reporting.
