Job summary

The Cambridge Health Alliance (CHA) is seeking a Research Associate to perform day-to-day evaluation, research, and planning activities within the Institute for Community Health. You will conduct qualitative and quantitative data collection, analysis, and reporting to support public health initiatives.

The role requires experience in research or evaluation, working with diverse populations, and a relevant degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s preferred).

• Experience in research or evaluation and data collection
• Experience with community organizations and diverse populations
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in public health, public policy, sociology, psychology, or related field preferred
• Strong written and oral communication
• High attention to detail, organized, able to multi-task
• Ability to balance multiple projects and collaborate with staff

Responsibilities

• The Research Associate performs day-to-day activities of evaluation, research, and planning and assessment projects, including qualitative and quantitative data collection, analysis, and reporting.
