Job summary

Community Health Systems is seeking a Community Health Project Coordinator who will also serve as the Executive Assistant to the CEO. The role blends project coordination with high‑level administrative support in a hybrid work setting in Venice, CA.

Qualifications

  • Experience with office administration and record-keeping systems.

  • Typing speed of at least 50 words per minute.

Job Overview

The Community Health Project Coordinator will also serve as the Executive Assistant to the CEO, providing high‑level administrative support.

Education and Experience
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • At least four years of related experience required.
Physical Requirements
  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

Compensation
  • Up to $70,000 annually (combination of yearly pay and benefits)
Work Location
  • Hybrid remote in Venice, CA 90291 (relocation required before starting work)
