Pear Suite’s care navigation platform empowers staff to collect, visualize, understand, and act on social determinants of health data, enabling various healthcare entities and community‑based organizations to meet the social needs of their community in a culturally sensitive, person‑centered way.
Job Overview
The Community Health Project Coordinator will also serve as the Executive Assistant to the CEO, providing high‑level administrative support.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment, and information.
- Assist in project planning and scheduling.
- Track project performance and analyze data.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation.
- Support the project manager in organizing and controlling project activities.
- Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and regulations.
- Provide high‑level administrative support and assistance to the CEO.
- Draft letters, memos, invoices, reports, and other documents.
- Arrange travel and accommodations.
- Schedule and attend meetings on behalf of the CEO, taking notes and recording minutes.
- Receive, review, and summarize incoming communication for appropriate distribution.
- Perform office tasks including maintaining records, ordering supplies, and basic bookkeeping.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by executives.
Qualifications
- Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role.
- Knowledge of project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead cross‑functional teams effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to function well in a high‑paced and at times stressful environment.
- Extensive knowledge of office administration, clerical procedures, and record‑keeping systems.
- Extremely proficient with G‑Suite or similar software with the ability to learn new or updated software.
- Typing speed of at least 50 words per minute.
Education and Experience
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- At least four years of related experience required.
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

Compensation
- Up to $70,000 annually (combination of yearly pay and benefits)
Work Location
- Hybrid remote in Venice, CA 90291 (relocation required before starting work)
