Qualifications

• Excellent planning and organizational skills for events and volunteers.
• Willingness to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent written and oral communication, including public speaking.
• Bachelor’s degree in Community Health, Health Education, Nutrition, or Public Health preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establishes new program activities and expands programs within the community per strategic plans.
• Serve as primary program contact and respond to inquiries from public health and payer communities.
• Plan and execute Community Health wellness and educational events and promote programs.
• Recruit, screen and register eligible participants into Community Health Programs.
• Enter program data into data tracking systems within required timeframes.
• Engage marketing staff to ensure publicity and marketing of programs.
