Qualifications

• Provide quality member service to membership/program participants.
• Enroll participants into Y-Club and camp; update enrollment status.
• Instruct swimming lessons; support members and program participants in achieving their goals.

Responsibilities

• Promotes the YMCA’s healthy spirit, mind and body through individualized exercise prescriptions.
• Screen and interview potential clients to determine their readiness for exercise and physical activity.
• Lead youth in educational, recreational, or social activities according to program goals.
• Monitor pool and sports activities to ensure safety and positive participant experiences.
