Qualifications

• 3 years of experience managing federal and non-federal health grants, including grant implementation, evaluation, and fiscal management.
• 2 years of experience supervising multiple staff.
• Desire to work closely with families and youth.
• Familiarity with historical trauma and effects of historical trauma on individuals, families and community levels.
• Respect for and knowledge of traditional, cultural and spiritual practices of a diverse Native American community.
• Must have a California driver license, a dependable vehicle and valid vehicle insurance.

Responsibilities

• Manage the implementation and evaluation of grant programs focused on AI/AN communities.
• Oversee grant projects and deliverables, including reporting requirements.
• Supervise grant project coordinators and staff development.
• Collaborate with evaluators on epidemiological and outcome factors; develop assessment tools.
• Ensure professional branding and promotional materials meet standards.
• Engage stakeholders and community partners to sustain initiatives.
