Job summary

Kingman Regional Medical Center is seeking a Public Relations & Outreach Coordinator to tell our stories and connect people with essential health information. You will craft engaging internal and external communications, support media relations, host video content, and coordinate events that educate and empower the community.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in PR/Marketing/Journalism/Communications/English and 2–3 years of professional writing experience.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or English.
Licensure: Valid driver's license (21+).
Experience: 2-3 years of professional writing/communications experience.

Responsibilities

Create compelling content across channels: articles, web, email campaigns, social media, news releases, patient education materials, video scripts, ads, talking points.
Collaborate with PR/marketing teams, leaders, and experts to develop accurate, engaging messaging aligned with mission and brand.
Lead internal communications content for intranet and employee emails; use analytics to improve engagement.
Plan and coordinate health fairs, open houses, educational programs, speaking engagements, and outreach initiatives.
Represent the organization with media relations; maintain local media relationships and respond to media requests.
Interview stakeholders and host or moderate video/online events.
Support employee engagement programs and special communications projects, including emergency situations.
Measure and refine messaging using analytics and audience feedback.
