Alignment Health seeks an energetic Community Outreach Representative to serve as the face of our organization in the local community. You will build partnerships, educate community members about healthcare resources, and create opportunities that drive awareness, engagement, and growth.

This role requires residence in Charlotte, NC, and involves traveling to events and engaging with diverse audiences to represent Alignment Health Plan professionally.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years in community outreach or lead generation.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to engage diverse audiences and present professionally.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver''s license and insurance.
• Ability to obtain a state health insurance license within six months.

Responsabilités

• Generate qualified leads through community outreach and events.
• Represent Alignment Health Plan at health fairs and local events.
• Build relationships with community leaders, providers, and referral partners.
• Educate prospective members on benefits and resources.
• Coordinate and report on outreach activities.
• Plan and present at community events and orientation programs.
• Conduct outreach to physician offices and partners.
• Support special projects and other outreach initiatives.
