Alignment Health is seeking an energetic Community Outreach Representative to serve as the face of our organization in the local community, primarily in Charlotte, NC. You will generate qualified leads at events, educate community members about healthcare resources, and build partnerships with senior organizations and referral partners.

The role requires travel up to 80% locally, evenings and extended hours for events, and a path to obtain a state health insurance license within six months.

What We're Looking For:

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in community outreach, grassroots marketing, or lead generation through in-person events.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• Five (5) or more years of healthcare, community outreach, or healthcare marketing experience.
• Experience working in Medicare, Medi-Cal, or managed care environments.

Travel & Work Requirements

• Approximately 80% or more local travel within the assigned market.
• Occasional air travel as needed.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Ability to work evenings and extended hours to support community events and outreach activities.
• Remote work may be available with manager approval.

Pay Range:

$49,486.00 - $74,228.00 Pay range may be based on a number of factors including market location, education, responsibilities, experience, etc.
