Baltimore Corps seeks a Community Health Nurse II 10Mth to assess, plan, and evaluate patient care across clinics, homes, and schools in the Baltimore area. The role involves engaging with community resources and delivering care in diverse settings.

Education requires a registered nurse with a current Maryland license (or compact state). Two years of RN experience are required; an equivalency path with an Associate degree plus four years of clinical experience is also accepted.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing from an accredited college or university.
• Two years of experience as a registered nurse.
• Equivalency: Associate degree in nursing plus four years of clinical experience.
• Current RN licensure in Maryland or another compact state.
• Knowledge of nursing theory, standards, community health resources, and program development.
