Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Knowledge of community resources in area of residence.
• Engage with diverse populations including LGBT and formerly incarcerated individuals.
• Maintain appropriate boundaries and adhere to ethics and privacy standards.
• Maintain files/records in compliance with HIPAA and related funding rules.
• Attend program meetings and trainings as assigned.
• Represent the agency professionally at events.
