Job summary

Boston Medical Center (BMC) is seeking a Program Coordinator for the Urology Prostate Health Mobile Van. The role manages daily operations, coordinates with the Urology Department, vendors, and community partners, and supports outreach to under-served communities.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and 2–5 years of relevant project coordination or outreach experience, with strong communication and data skills. The position operates in a hybrid schedule with on-site Tuesdays in Boston.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's degree (or equivalent combination of formal education and experience).
• 2-5 years of relevant post-collegiate professional experience required; previous project coordination preferred.
• Excellent verbal/written English communication, editing and proofreading skills; proficient with MS Office.
• Ability to work independently and exercise independent judgment.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily operations of the Prostate Health Mobile Van program and scheduling.
• Represents the program at community events and stakeholder meetings.
• Collaborates with Urology, Marketing, and partners to support logistics and communications.
• Tracks program metrics and prepares dashboards for leadership.
