Job summary

NATIVE HEALTH seeks an Outreach and Enrollment Specialist to help AI/AN families enroll in Medicaid/CHIP and Marketplace plans. You will work in outreach and enrollment, partnering with schools and community sites across Maricopa County.

The role emphasizes travel, flexible schedules including evenings and weekends, and collaboration with coordinators to develop new outreach strategies. A background in customer service and health advocacy is beneficial.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 3 years in customer service/healthcare advocacy or related field.
• Associate degree preferred.
• Must obtain HEA+ certification within 90 days of hire and CHW certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist families in identifying and enrolling in Medicaid/CHIP and Marketplace plans.
• Travel up to 75% of time and participate in evening/weekend outreach events.
• Provide outreach materials that are culturally appropriate and clear.
