Job summary

AdventHealth in Castle Rock, CO is seeking a PRN Community Health Program Coordinator to develop, implement, and evaluate day-to-day community health activities within budget constraints.

You will engage with religious and community organizations, attend local meetings, and build partnerships to extend the healing ministry of Christ while ensuring timely reporting and adherence to quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Public Health or related field required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 1+ years experience in planning and implementation of community health programs.
• Experience in community benefit, health education or related fields preferred.
• Driver's License required.

Job Description:

Develops, implements, and evaluates day-to-day operational activities of community health programs. Engages with various organizations to implement community health initiatives. Tracks community health program efforts and outcomes for reporting purposes. Operates community health programs within budget constraints. Identifies stakeholders, community assets, and resources to support community health programs. Develops community health networks among religious and community organizations. Participates in current partnerships and develops new strategic partnerships. Attends local community health-related meetings and events to build relationships with stakeholders. Synthesizes community health resource information to enhance program impact. Other duties as assigned.

• Experience developing, implementing, and evaluating community health promotion programs

Work Experience:

• 1+ years experience in planning, management, and implementation of community health programs [Required]
• 2+ years experience in planning, management, and implementation of programs in the field of public health and/or community health [Preferred]
• Experience in Community Benefit, Community Health, and Health Education in the health care field [Preferred]
