Birch Family Services is seeking a Community Habilitation Assistant Manager to support the Community Habilitation Program Manager in maintaining staff coverage and ensuring the safety of individuals. Responsibilities include developing staff action plans, providing supervision to Community Habilitation Counselors, and working directly with individuals to achieve their goals.

The ideal candidate will have residential experience, preferably in community-based programs, and a high school diploma. A valid NYS Driver's License and a reliable vehicle are essential to transport individuals as needed.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year of experience in residential or community-based programs.
• Previous Community Habilitation experience preferred.
• NYS Driver's License and reliable car for transporting individuals.

Responsabilidades

• Schedule Community Habilitation Counselors ensuring proper coverage.
• Develop Community Habilitation goal plans and provide supervision.
• Support the Community Habilitation Program Manager as needed.
