Job summary

Rubio Monocoat USA, LLC is seeking a proactive Social Media & Community Manager to grow engagement across US and Canada. You will own the posting calendar, manage comments/DMs, and run the ambassador program in close collaboration with a small US team and global partners.

The role emphasizes AI-forward practices, in-person events, and hybrid work from Spicewood, TX with potential remote for the right candidate. Strong copy and event experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years running social and community for a brand with an active community
• Experience running an ambassador, affiliate or creator program
• Experience organizing in-person events
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills
• Comfortable on camera or directing someone who is
• Daily use of AI tools in your work, and the ability to show how

Responsibilities

• Own the organic posting calendar across every channel, US and Canada
• Run community: comments, DMs, UGC, and customer questions/complaints
• Run the Affiliate and Ambassador program: recruitment, briefs, payments
• Own the Ask an Expert content segment as a recurring property
• Organize community events: build-offs, meetups and workshops, and host/live streams
• Flag organic posts that outperform so the media buyer can test them as ads
