Job summary

iCRYO Edgewater is seeking a full-time Community Outreach Leader to drive new Guests through local partnerships, pop-ups, and events. You will be the magnetic face of iCRYO in the neighborhood, handling the pipeline end to end and reporting to the Managing Partner.

You will build relationships across the community to convert leads into booked Guests, while maintaining our in-center presence and following our ROI-driven compensation structure (base $22/hour plus uncapped commission).

Qualifications

• Outreach or sales experience in wellness, fitness, hospitality, or service industry.
• Strong relationship-building and brand-representation skills.
• Organized with consistent follow-up and activity logging.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends for events.
• Based in Chicago and able to work in Edgewater center.

Responsibilities

• Own local outreach pipeline with partners in the neighborhood radius.
• Plan, run, staff pop-ups and community events as the face of iCRYO.
• Move warm leads to booked Guests and follow up to grow the network.
• Log every touch for visibility and analytics.
• Maintain a monthly social media presence tied to events.
• Cover the floor and perform lifestyle services when in-center; training provided.
