Job summary

CWS Apartment Homes is seeking a Community Director in Fort Worth, TX to lead and oversee the apartment community’s operations. You will drive leasing, marketing, budgeting and resident relations while coaching a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years of on-site management experience.
• Ability to lead a diverse team and manage budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead team members to achieve property goals.
• Create and monitor the property's operations budget.
• Lease the community and market the property.
• Maintain positive resident relations and vendor coordination.
• Oversee make-ready process and service requests.
• Oversee accounts receivable/payable and payroll approval.
• Communicate with residents, investors and the CWS team.
• Implement and maintain Risk Management and Safety programs.
