Job summary

CWS Apartment Homes is seeking a Community Director to lead and grow our residential community. You will manage operations, marketing, and team development while maintaining strong resident relations and budget discipline.

Ideal candidates will have on-site management experience, strong leadership, and familiarity with Yardi and Microsoft Office. This role requires a valid driver’s license and ability to travel to properties within metro areas.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2-4 years of on-site management operations knowledge preferred.
• Yardi software experience is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Lead team members and manage property operations.
• Create and monitor the property budget.
• Lease the community and market the property.
• Maintain resident relations and oversee service workflows.
• Oversee accounts receivable/payable and payroll approvals.
• Communicate with residents, vendors, and leadership.
