Job summary

Iru in Coral Gables, FL is hiring a Community Marketing Manager to build and lead the communities that connect IT and security professionals with the Iru brand. This is a founder-like role focused on authentic, creator-led engagement across Reddit, LinkedIn, and other channels.

You will create, publish, engage, and grow a private community while maintaining a distinctive voice across spaces. You will work Tuesday through Thursday onsite in Coral Gables, with a hybrid work model and opportunities

Qualifications

• 4+ years building online communities and brand presence in B2B SaaS or technical product companies.
• Familiarity with IT or security audiences and ability to create authentic, non-marketing community content.
• Strong writing across contexts: Reddit, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
• Self-directed and comfortable writing the playbook for community initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow Iru's private community for IT and security practitioners; seed conversations and establish norms.
• Maintain a genuine presence in public communities to drive organic brand traction.
• Design programming (AMAs, discussions, spotlights, resource sharing) to sustain engagement and growth.
• Own community health end-to-end: growth, retention, and quality of participation.
