Job summary

Nubank in Miami is seeking a Senior Media Specialist - Marketing to build and own the US paid media engine from the ground up. You will craft end‑to‑end campaigns across digital and offline channels, and establish the measurement framework to prove ROI.

You will lead a test‑and‑learn cadence, target mass affluent audiences, and work with Analytics, Finance, and marketing teams to align spend with business goals in a fast‑growing US market.

Qualifications

• 6–9 years in paid media or performance marketing with multi‑channel ownership.
• Background in tech, ecommerce, mobile apps, or financial services strongly preferred.
• Hands‑on with mobile app install/conversion campaigns and mobile measurement.

Responsibilities

• Propose, build, implement, optimize and measure paid media across digital and offline channels.
• Set up foundational US paid media infrastructure: accounts, tracking, tagging, reporting.
• Lead test‑and‑learn experiments across channel, audience and creative.
• Target mass affluent audiences across geographies aligning with Nu's offerings.
• Collaborate with Analytics and Finance to build measurement models and ROI/ROAS reporting.
• Translate business goals into channel plans and budget allocations.
• Manage external agencies and direct relationships with media platforms.
• Provide a data‑driven media point of view across cross‑functional teams.
