Job summary

Sense Able Brain Pediatric Therapy is seeking a Community Growth Coordinator to expand local and online presence, drive client inquiries, and support workshop attendance. You will combine strategy with hands-on execution, coordinating with leadership to grow this role over time and help families access life-changing services.

You will manage CRM, craft campaigns, collaborate with schools and community partners, and assist with events while maintaining brand voice across channels.

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing, content creation, or CRM systems preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow relationships with local schools, homeschool co-ops, churches, and community partners.
• Attend and coordinate community events and campaigns.
• Assist in setting up and maintaining a CRM system (ActiveCampaign or similar).
• Write and edit blog posts, emails, and social media content aligned with our brand voice.
• Plan and execute 30–180 day campaigns to promote lead magnets, workshops, and services.
