Job summary

Action Property Management in Sacramento is seeking a full-time Groundskeeper to maintain Woodside’s outdoor spaces. Duties include cleaning and upkeep of dog parks, tennis courts, parking areas, entrances, and other outdoor spaces, plus minor maintenance tasks.

The ideal candidate has groundskeeping or maintenance experience, knowledge of cleaning techniques, and a strong work ethic with great attention to detail. Teamwork and communication with residents and vendors are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in groundskeeping, general labor, or maintenance preferred.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning techniques, tools, and equipment.
• Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with residents, vendors, and team members.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning and upkeep of exterior grounds (dog park, tennis courts, parking areas, entrances, outdoor spaces).
• Remove litter, debris, and trash from common areas with proper disposal.
• Remove cobwebs from carports, fixtures, and pool decks.
• Report maintenance or safety issues to supervisor promptly.
• Assist with pressure washing sidewalks, driveways, and exterior surfaces.
• Carry tools, supplies, and assist with minor maintenance tasks.
• Change lightbulbs and post heads.
• Clear and cut fallen trees to assist maintenance team.
• Paint front doors.
• Refill doggie bags throughout property.
• Ensure safety regulations and proper use of equipment.
