Job summary

Gaines Investment Trust seeks a Groundskeeper for Montfort Place Apartments in Dallas, TX. This hands-on role focuses on keeping the community clean, attractive, and welcoming, with outdoor, physical work.

No prior apartment experience needed; dependability, willingness to learn, and pride in outdoor maintenance are valued. You’ll perform landscaping basics, maintain common areas, and support the maintenance team to ensure a well-kept property.

• Help maintain pool, recreational, and common areas

The Opportunity

Groundskeepers play an important role in keeping our apartment communities clean, attractive, and welcoming. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys being outdoors, and likes seeing the results of a job well done.

New to property management? That's okay.

You don't need previous apartment experience to be considered. If you're dependable, willing to learn, and have experience in landscaping, maintenance, construction, janitorial work, or another hands-on role, your skills may transfer well to a career in apartment property maintenance.

What You’ll Do
