Job summary

Gaines Investment Trust is seeking a Groundskeeper for Gates de Provence Apartments in Dallas, TX. This hands-on role keeps sidewalks, outdoor spaces, and common areas clean and welcoming.

No apartment-management experience is required; if you are dependable, willing to learn, and have experience in landscaping, maintenance, construction, janitorial work, or other hands-on roles, you may fit. The team values pride in work and strong work ethic.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in landscaping, maintenance, construction, janitorial, or similar roles is a plus.
• No prior apartment experience required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness and overall appearance of the community
• Keep sidewalks, parking areas, breezeways, and outdoor spaces clean
• Assist with basic landscaping and grounds maintenance
• Help maintain pool, recreational, and common areas
• Assist the maintenance team with projects and apartment turns as needed
• Identify and report maintenance or safety concerns
• Help keep the community clean, attractive, and well-maintained

New to property management? That's okay.

You don't need previous apartment experience to be considered. If you're dependable, willing to learn, and have experience in landscaping, maintenance, construction, janitorial work, or another hands-on role, your skills may transfer well to a career in apartment property maintenance.

What You'll Do
