Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred.
• Experience in grounds keeping, landscaping, pool maintenance, or related responsibilities.
• Customer-focused attitude and teamwork to complete tasks promptly.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Remove trash from offices, common areas, and perimeters daily.
• Assist with make-ready by removing trash from vacant apartments.
• Clean and maintain pool; monitor chemical balance.
• Maintain cleanliness of hallways, walkways, and community amenities.
• Replace lightbulbs, remove litter, paint and perform minor repairs.
• Assist in other maintenance areas including make-ready, painting, carpeting, landscaping.
• Identify safety or maintenance issues; report to maintenance supervisor.
