Job summary

You will assist the maintenance team, represent Woodward Management Partners in a professional manner, and help ensure high standards of resident service.

This role requires a valid driver's license, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a willingness to work a rotating on-call schedule.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and exert 50 lbs of force.
• Must be able to endure walking, squatting, bending, balancing, climbing, kneeling, crawling and prolonged standing.
• Must be able to use hands to grip power and hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain community grounds and curb appeal.
• Assist maintenance team with minor tasks.
• Represent Woodward Management Partners professionally with residents, vendors, and the public.
• Comply with Federal Fair Housing laws, ADA, and local regulations.
• Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company safety policies.
