Job summary

YES Communities is seeking a Grounds Keeper to maintain the community grounds and facilities, improving curb appeal and safety. You will mow, prune, landscape, and perform minor equipment repairs while following OSHA standards and PPE requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid in-state driver’s license required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and industry software.

Responsibilities

• Maintain community grounds, assets, and facilities.
• Mow lawns and trim edges around walks and flower beds.
• Landscaping: plant flowers, prune trees, and maintain grounds.
• Repair minor groundskeeping equipment.
• Follow OSHA standards and wear PPE.
• Respond to emergency calls as directed by management.
• Communicate with team, vendors, and residents.
• Assist with notices and meter reads as directed by the manager.
• Maintain safe winter conditions via snow removal and de-icing.
• Additional duties as assigned by management.
