Job summary

HealthFinders Collaborative in Minnesota is seeking a Community Giving Associate to deepen relationships with donors and expand our values-based fundraising efforts. You’ll receive coaching and gain hands-on experience managing your own donor portfolio while supporting broader donor engagement strategies across the organization.

You will learn to qualify, cultivate, solicit, and steward donors while collaborating with the Executive Director and Advancement Team to grow HealthFinders’ impact.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in fundraising, nonprofit work, community engagement, sales, customer relationship management, volunteer coordination, or related fields.
• Strong organization, self-direction, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfort with technology and willingness to learn a CRM if not already proficient.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of ~50 individual donors, with gifts ranging from $500 to $5,000.
• Learn and apply values-based donor qualification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship.
