Job summary

RealManage is seeking a part-time Gate Attendant in Fort Myers, FL to deliver positive customer service at the facility gate during operating hours. You will verify IDs, assist residents, and maintain a welcoming first impression.

The role requires flexibility to include weekends, reliable transportation, and a professional, service-oriented attitude as you support reservations, access control, and daily operations under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Monitor access to the facilities through ID verification and remote entry at the gate.
• Troubleshoot errors at the entry gate.
• Report any gate entry system issues to the Supervisor on Duty or General Manager
• Manually open the main gate for residents in a prompt manner, as needed.
• Assist with Opening and Closing duties
• Assist and monitor all reservations, setup & tear down as needed.
• Keep surrounding areas free from debris and trash
• Provide strong customer service and greet residents in a friendly, professional manner
• All other reasonable assignments given by the on-site management team and your supervisor
