Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of fundraising or donor relations experience.
• Proven ability to meet fundraising goals.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience with community outreach and events.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• Authorized to work in the United States; background check required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute fundraising campaigns to help families relocating and cover moving costs.
• Research and secure grant opportunities from foundations, companies, and government programs.
• Build and maintain relationships with donors, sponsors, churches, and community partners.
• Prepare grant applications and donor letters.
• Prepare reports showing funds raised and impact.
• Create and maintain fundraising budgets.
• Cultivate and steward donor relations.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
