Leumas Residential in Tucson, AZ is seeking a motivated team leader to manage tenant relocations and resident services on behalf of the client, planning moves, administering benefits for relocating families, and leading a small relocation team.
You will be the primary point of contact with the client, coordinate between residents, client, and subcontractors, develop relocation files, identify Section 8 landlords in opportunity zones, and provide housing counseling to access schools and jobs.
