Qualifikationen

• Associate’s degree in nonprofit fundraising, business, communication, marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of two years in event coordination, fundraising, or program support, preferably in nonprofit/healthcare.
• Experience with in-person event logistics, timelines, vendors, and on-site execution.
• Experience collaborating with development, marketing, or communications teams.
• Experience using fundraising databases or CRM systems to track partner interactions and revenue.
• Strong customer service, relationship-building, organization, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work a hybrid schedule with occasional evenings and weekends.
• Ability to meet physical requirements (standing, lifting up to 50 pounds).

• Fundraising Support and Revenue Enablement: provide tools and templates to strengthen fundraising outcomes.
• Stewardship, Retention and Pipeline Development: maintain healthy partner pipeline and growth opportunities.
• Brand Alignment, Compliance and Fund Management: ensure brand guidelines and compliant donation handling.
• Collaboration and Community Engagement: work with Marketing, Finance, senior leadership, and partners.
