Moffitt Cancer Center seeks a Foundation Finance Analyst to manage all phases of Foundation accounts, including new and existing funds, monitoring balances, and processing distributions. The role provides financial and operational advisory services on gift funds and sub-account activity, and serves as a backup to the Foundation Finance Assistant.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years experience in accounting/financial analysis is required.
• Bachelor's Degree within Business, Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Experience with donor/financial databases, such as Raiser's Edge and Financial Edge.

Responsabilités

• Maintain and monitor assigned Foundation fund accounts and subaccounts.
• Prepare monthly financial fund balance reports and disseminate to appropriate personnel.
• Collaborate with staff to review gifts with restrictions and provide stewardship details to Donor Relations.
• Review incoming distribution requests for accuracy, verify fund balances, and track progress to completion.
• Assist with ad hoc requests and backup Finance tasks as needed.
