Job summary

The St. Louis Area Foodbank is seeking a Food on the Move Driver to set up and deliver FOTM and FARMs across Missouri/Illinois, operating a 32-ft trailer and Ford F450. You will follow food safety and DOT rules, support distributions with volunteers, and maintain equipment with daily checks.

Full-time, onsite work at SLAFB with travel within a 26-county area; weekend/evening hours may be required. Competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to become ServSafe certified.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Proven ability to work with diverse communities.
• Must pass drug screen and background check.
• Background in driving and food distribution preferred.
• Must pass annual MVR and driving skills assessment.
• DOT regulations knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee FOTM and FARMs distributions, logistics, and volunteer support.
• Safely operate the 32-ft FOTM trailer and Ford F450 towing vehicle.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and EHS guidelines.
