• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• A minimum of two years of professional experience in physical therapy.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with patients, families, and healthcare teams.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic interventions including exercises and manual therapy.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans for optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and exercises.
• Collaborate with providers to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation per regulatory standards.
• Stay current with evidence-based physical therapy practices.
• Mentor residents, students, and trainees while supporting staff development.
• Promote cost-effective, high-quality care while ensuring HIPAA compliance.
