Opportunity Resource Fund seeks a Mortgage Loan Originator to support its mission by originating all single-family mortgages in Michigan. You will assess borrower needs, present loan options, and ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and service.

The role offers a generous base salary with an incentive plan, full-time status, and benefits, with hybrid work requiring some onsite travel to communities across the state.

Qualificações

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience with single-family mortgages including Fannie Mae, HUD, FHA, and MSHDA loans.
• Must be a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator in Michigan and maintain licensing.
• Strong accuracy, organizational skills, and ethical service to a diverse population.
